Community rules
Edition 1
1. Subject
These rules set out how the community platform is used: access to the member directory, exchange of requests, work with contracts and participation in community events.
By joining the community, a company and each of its members accept the rules in the edition currently in force. The edition number is stated at the top of this document.
2. Participation and accounts
A company joins the community by invitation. Its first member is the company owner, who invites colleagues and decides on their roles.
An account belongs to one person. Passwords, sign-in links and the one-time links sent by email are not shared with anyone else, colleagues included.
The company owner deactivates the accounts of people who no longer work for the company without delay and keeps the list of members true to fact.
Access for a company or for a single account may be suspended when the rules are broken or when a member's actions put other members at risk.
3. Member obligations
- Provide accurate information about yourself and your company, and keep it up to date.
- Use the platform for the business of the community, not for offers and mailings unrelated to it.
- Do not harvest platform data automatically, do not work around access limits and do not seek information that is not meant for you.
- Keep correspondence and discussions respectful, without insults and without disclosing other people's personal data.
- Report suspicious activity in your account as soon as you notice it.
4. Confidentiality of legal details and party snapshots
Legal details of a company are disclosed to the other side only within a request or a contract both sides have been admitted to. The information received is used solely for the deal it was disclosed for.
The snapshot of legal details attached to a contract records the state of the parties at the moment of signing and stays unchanged together with the contract. It evidences the terms of the deal and cannot be rewritten afterwards.
A member does not pass legal details or party snapshots to third parties and does not publish them outside the platform.
5. Liability
The community provides a platform on which members meet and work, and is not a party to the deals they make. The parties to a deal answer for its performance.
The community does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform and does not answer for decisions a member takes on the strength of information supplied by another member.
A member answers for the actions taken under their account until they report that it has been compromised.
6. Changes to the rules
The rules may change. Members learn about a new edition inside the platform and are asked to accept it on their next sign-in.
Continued use of the platform after a new edition has been accepted means agreement with it. Contracts concluded earlier keep the terms of the edition under which they were signed.
